Abstract268)   HTML    PDF (2518KB)(142)
In addition to the light oil which is easy to be exploited, there are many heavy oil which can not be directly exploited in the underground oil reservoir. The heavy oil reservoir is usually exploited by means of steam injection and thermal recovery. Steam dryness is an important parameter to measure the quality of wet saturated steam in heavy oil thermal recovery process, which has an important impact on the efficiency of heavy oil thermal recovery. In this paper, a new method of measuring the dryness of wet saturated steam in steam injection pipeline matrix conductance method was proposed. Based on this method, combining the thermodynamic properties of water and steam, an algorithm model of matrix conductance method for measuring the dryness of wet saturated steam was established. The causes of measurement errors and the methods to reduce the errors were analyzed. The calculation of the edge area of the instantaneous cross⁃section water area under the matrix was interpolated. Finally, the absolute error of the algorithm model was less than ±3.0%. This study also provided a reliable method for real⁃time monitoring of steam dryness, which was of great significance for improving the efficiency of heavy oil thermal recovery.

Abstract426)   HTML    PDF (3014KB)(149)
Low⁃carbon alloy steel is widely used in industrial design such as pressure vessels, vehicles, bridges, etc.By studying the influence of high pressure abrasive water jet on the cutting of low carbon alloy steel, the influence of water jet cutting characteristics on the cutting effect is analyzed, which has certain reference significance for improving cutting efficiency and reducing cutting cost.In the experiment, the five⁃axis linkage NC water cutter cutting machine is used, take Q345B as an example and the effects of cutting pressure, target distance and transverse speed on cutting depth and width are analyzed. The experimental results show that: with the increase of cutting pressure, the depth of cutting increases greatly. but the effect on cutting width is not obvious. Under certain conditions, there is an optimum target distance to maximize the cutting depth, the cutting depth decreases with increasing mobile speed. The target distance has a great effect on the cutting width, but the moving speed has little effect on the cutting width.

Abstract548)      PDF (3313KB)(302)
Aimed at the existing steam injection boiler with wet saturated steam, the steam overheating and tube-burst pre-warning device is developed. The judgment basis and algorithm model of steam overheating monitoring are given, and the composition of the design device, component connection and man-machine interface are optimized. According to the physical properties of water and steam, the steam state is divided into four operation conditions: overheating alarm zone, overheating warning zone, operating zone and safety zone. Based on this, the visual coordinate diagram and the overheating monitoring histogram of the steam operating condition monitoring are designed in the man-machine interface. The steam overheating incidents are classified and filtered to make the device more reliable for steam overheating and early warning. Through field application data analysis, the effectiveness of the device is verified.

Abstract381)      PDF (2753KB)(178)
The analysis of texture direction feature of strip surface defects was reasonable or not affected the correctness of defect image recognition. To strip surface defects and texture direction feature abstraction which described defect image, the relationship between detection distance and detective direction angle and the basic methods of texture direction feature abstraction of defect image were given. Based on the case studies of crack defect image to strip surface with both noise and noise free, the texture feature should take the maximum value in texture direction and the minimum value in the direction perpendicular to the texture were proposed. The detection distance should be selected according to the specific situation, not too large or too small and the threshold value should be small when analysis defect image with noise.

Abstract581)      PDF (5817KB)(265)

To understand the flow field distribution inside the steam distributor, and to compare the distribution effect of the three vertical steam distributor and the three spheres steam distributor, the inside flow field was simulated by Fluent and the effect of density distribution, gas phase distribution and velocity field on steam distribution was analyzed. From the results of numerical simulation, it can be seen that, in the process of steam dryness and flow distribution, three ball steam distributor is better than three vertical distributor. The establishment of a three spherical steam distributor provides a reference for the construction of actual field operations and high temperature and high pressure spherical distributor.

Abstract540)      PDF (994KB)(315)
Based on the risk of steam injection boiler, and contingency and uncertainty of each basic events , the triangular fuzzy number was used to show the probability of events, then get the top event probability. Combined with the fault tree analysis and fuzzy mathematics, through the fuzzy operation, the interval value of failure probability of hazards of steam injection boiler was obtained, and the fuzzy importance degree, sequence and main factors were determined. Drawing a fault tree based on various risk factors, using the method of minimal cut sets and Boolean algebra method, the boiler burst pathway tubes were showed, and fuzzy probability causing the accident was arrived. The causes of the accidents were analyzed, and protective measures of the steam injection boiler were proposed.

Abstract390)      PDF (5582KB)(180)
In Gas injection pipeline the erosion wear of solid particle in cone throttling element was an important factor for causing failure. In this paper, made by the method of computational fluid dynamics finite volume was used for the numerical simulation of the erosion abrasion and the degree to erosion abrasion and the relationship of the shear stress with the injection volume, particle diameter and the particle content change were researched. The results showed that as the particle diameter increased, the tube wall wear relatively focused on the high speed area, the degree to the cone wear was increased. When the flow rate increased, erosion rate and shear stress were increased. And when the particle concentration increased, the quantity of the erosion abrasion was increased. So the research to the throttling element antifriction corrosion study and throttling element failure prediction would provide the theory guidance.
